  • One of my favorite quotes from a Beckett play (oddly enough I remember the line but I'm not quite sure which play it was, and Sam would probably say that doesn't matter) is:

    "Nothing, Mrs Murphy, nothing, merely cursing, under my breath, both God and man, and the wet Saturday afternoon of my conception."

    Brilliant.
