Well he was a person who had it in him to lead the country at the troubled time.
Your post is very much informative and educative. Lot of information available and a good job.
http://makemoneyideas.in/how-to-make-money-on-e...

Re: The Way We Were (Represented)

After reading your post.., I remember a song entitled "The way we were"
Great post..

Re: The Way We Were (Represented)

Consider Nicholson's Whitey Bulger as a Cheney-like stand-in for the warfare state, Matt Damon's charming psycho as W and Leo's undercover raver as America's moral core splitting apart at the seams.
Club Penguin Cheats

Re: The Way We Were (Represented)

The song reminded me of some good songs. Now, it's somewhat ridiculous that the thing got as much play as it did, but Bush's response is what makes it so indicative of his approach, i.e. - trying to rekindle the "lost years" when he was in college, charming the co-eds and frat brothers alike, and then taking that approach and applying it to the U.S. presidency. This isn't a comment on Bush per se, just on his overall persona, which is unmistakably laid-back, almost aloof.

Re: The Way We Were (Represented)

A Thanksgiving where half time at the superbowl featured Kid Rock 'Proud to be an American' and Janet Jackson's wardrobe malfunction. Ok, more a culmination that specifically Bush, but isn't Bush/Cheney just a culmination of Nixon/Reagan.

Re: The Way We Were (Represented)

The Departed.
