I don't know who got you started, but you're way too far gone to turn back. Only way out--that I can see anyway--is for you to throw a big virtual party. You play DJ. Put up a favorite clip once a week and everyone responds in his or her fashion.<br>Those with video phones (of which I'm not) can send in clips of their dancing, lip-syncing selves; the rest of us can Boo or Swoon or describe in ecstatic detail what the singers and the songs do to us. <br>Then, too, newcritics houses some terrific contemporary singers complete with their own bands.
