I have a friend who lives for fashion, and is the only person I know who reviews films based on the costume design.

I smell a guest post!!! Please?

NYC Weboy, you've no idea how seriously I'm counting on you.
A tiresome detail I've bared to newcritics way too often is that my husband allows no TV. He claims we benefit through real conversation, not just talk; reading books, blogs, and poems out loud to each other; among other things. (It's those "other things" that seals the deal.)
In any case, he's not likely to give SATC the movie a thought, and while I might go alone, MA Peel can attest to the sad fact that at a Paley Center Buffy showing I had no idea who Kim Cattrell was when she appeared on screen lauding the Paley Center.
So if I go to SATC without deep cultural background, I no doubt would watch it (a phenomenon of which I've witnessed 0 TV episodes)clueless.
That worked for "Buffy," but MA sat beside me, filling me in sotto voce, scene per scene.
Further, not only did I not have a clue as to who Kim Cattrell is, I've never seen "Raiders of the Lost Arc," or any previous sequels if there were others before the one coming up.
Bring me up to date and the gods shall reward you.

I am a well-read person living in Japan. I mainly read the "I" novel. Please link to my website, if you do not mind.

Field’s been candid in saying that the costuming for SATC is ultimately a fantasy: real women couldn’t afford these clothes in these characters’ roles. Yet rarely does this notion get fidelity 401k questioned. It’s fun, and flirty, and amusing to discuss the “shoe obsession” and the “outrageous Carrie clothing” the show put forth, rather than wonder, in the final episode,

Contemporary women, living in this fast paced modern world could learn a lot from sex and the city. That's why I highly recommend it to everyone to help them in their journey of self-discovery.

I wish I had a friend like yours. Someone who could give tips in fashion and could help me out whenever I need a fashionable outfit. I love sunglasses and I think it makes me look cool and sexy. But I'm not sure how to match it with some of my clothes. BTW I'm a fan of Sex and the City, your post is very interesting.

Fashion and music are like best of friends for both of this fields are really on the trend, always. Having friends whom you can be with in good and bad times is really hard to find, and so friends who can give you fashion tips. I'm lucky enough to have such good friends.

Women and gay guys are the only ones who watch the film enthusiastically, because my man loves watching it as well. I love the way he pays attention to important details, such as what women want and what they don't of course. I don't doubt his sexual orientation, and I love him more for being open and enthusiastic with movies of mature morals such as Sex and the City.
